About Janine's Fitness
Janine's Fitness is women’s fitness facility with a small intimate setting to help you maximize the results and allow for personalized attention on technique and form.
My Mission
To provide a fun, friendly, and non-intimidating atmosphere for all women to grow, gain confidence, and become more physically fit. It is my goal to offer a variety of fitness programs for every exercise participant, from the beginner to the advanced, to help you reach your fitness goals.
Why should you have a personal trainer?
A personal trainer can help you increase your metabolic rate, reduce body fat, build muscular strength, lose weight or improve your endurance. Janine will work with you to design a personalized training program that targets your specific areas of interest. At Janine's Fitness, Janine will provide you with effective on-going support to help you as you set new goals and gain results.
Group Classes
Each class is designed to focus on toning and defining specific muscle groups. Small classes help to maximize the results and allow for personalized attention on technique and form. Classes include core body strengthening and sculpting segments.
- Cross Training
The best way to improve your overall fitness is to do a variety of different exercises. Cardiovascular training at the appropriate target heart rate teamed with resistance and strength training can help build endurance and reduce body fat. We recommend you vary you workouts from Cardio to strength training. Try different classes Janine's Fitness has to offer.
