Each class is designed to focus on toning and defining specific muscle groups. Small classes help to maximize the results and allow for personalized attention on technique and form. Classes include core body strengthening and sculpting segments. Classes will be 45 minutes in length and pre-registration required. Muscle Conditioning
(classes taught by Janine's Fitness Staff)
These classes are beginner/intermediate. We use free weights, balls, bands and other equipment to condition our bodies to be healthier, stronger and more flexible. Classes are held at various times. Please see the calendar for specific times and days.
Monlthy Unlimited: $68.00/month
Come whenever you want throughout the whole month.

New clients are ALWAYS welcome. A quick phone call or email to Janine's Fitness secures a spot for you, OR if you just come by please arrive 15 minutes early to register with Janine.

Butts & Guts
A fun class that works specifically on firming your abs, thighs and buns. You never know what you're gonna get when you come to this class. Just be ready to kick your BUTT KICKED! This workout is taught by Amy K. This class is part of the monthly membership but drop-ins are always welcome.

Pilates Mat
Pilates is an exercise system concentrating on the body’s “core” muscles - a non-impactful, total mind/body workout to build long, lean muscles. Classes are ideally suited for beginners to intermediate. In addition to essential core work, upper body work with weights is included. Be sure to bring a towel to cover your mat, wear socks and comfortable, loose clothes. Drop-ins are welcome!

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is based on the Hatha Yoga style. It focuses on stretching and toning muscles that are important for keeping you healthy and strong. The gentle flowing positions will encourage internal health and quiet the mind. This class is designed for all levels of fitness. Everyone is welcome

Booty Camp Run
This is a committed intermediate/advanced running group with a comprehensive series of drills, calisthenics, and runs of at least 3 miles or more. This program includes Eight 75 minute classes. No sessions scheduled at this time.

This is a class for 8-12 year old girls. It is a fun fitness class that builds self-esteem and confidence!

Janine offers private and semi-private personal training. Partners should be fully committed (8 hour cancellation notice required, or ˝ payment will be rendered to the no-show!).
